The purpose of the study is to assess availability, utilization, and challenges facing ICT integration in the teaching and learning of technical education in Delta State University Abraka. Students that join the school other than at the normal time of transfer also achieve well. Disabled students and those with special educational needs gain higher grades in their GCSE examinations than their peers nationally and make very strong progress from their starting points.
Very few students are in public care but case studies show that they do well in school and progress to college or to employment. This represents good achievement from their starting points.
